Description:
This program aims to support the implementation of innovative projects that will encourage the population and visitors to use more active and collective modes of transport during festivals and tourist events.
Comments on Funding:
To be eligible for financial assistance, the project must have eligible expenses of a minimum of $100,000.
The maximum amount of financial assistance that can be granted for a project is $300,000 and cannot exceed 50% of eligible expenses.
The balance of the financial assistance will be paid following verification of the achievement report and the external audit report (CPA) (the audit is required for section 1.1 only).

Eligibility:
for-profit organizations (NPOs);
non-profit organizations (NPOs);
cooperatives;
municipal entities;
Indigenous communities, organizations and nations recognized by the National Assembly;
any grouping of the above-mentioned customers.
Eligible festivals and tourist events are activities:
produced and held in Quebec;
of a minimum duration of 2 days;
organized according to a theme and with a schedule of activities;
having already produced at least one edition (annual or biennial editions are accepted), and this, prior to the submission of the application for financial assistance. The organization must be a company or an entity of another type legally constituted in Quebec.

You must conduct an invitation to tender for:
any rental of equipment and machinery;
any acquisition of equipment, supplies or infrastructure or any service whose unit value exceeds $25,000 before taxes.

You must submit your complete file using the form (PDF 487 KB) provided by ÉAQ and include the requested information.
Only one file can be submitted per applicant.
The project must be completed, the funds fully spent and the final report, including the final balance sheet of achievements as described in the file, filed by the due date.
