Description:

The emerging creation support program:

is aimed at all Quebec audiovisual production companies that develop projects with emerging creators;
supports short and feature-length fiction film projects as well as short, medium and feature-length documentary projects.
They are generally submitted at the development stage, to benefit from the professional support, mentoring, networking and advice measures put in place for emerging creators.
However, some documentary or fiction feature films developed outside the program may be submitted directly to the production stage if they meet the specific eligibility conditions.

Application Steps:

All requests must be submitted through the secure electronic portal SOD@ccès . By logging into SOD@ccès, you will need to:

Create your user profile if you are a new user or enter your access codes
Choose the program corresponding to your request, i.e. the number:
20-14-01 for all requests at the development stage
20-14-02 for production stage applications (for all short films and documentaries supported at the development stage)
20-14-02-01 for applications at the production stage (only medium and feature-length documentaries submitted directly at the production stage)
20-14-02-02 for applications at the production stage (only feature-length fiction films supported at the development stage)
Complete the application form and upload all required documents

Documentation Needed:

The list of required documents as well as all the templates for submitting your application through the SOD@ccès portal will be available one month before the submission deadline
