More than $7.5 billion will be invested to provide Quebec with a solid foundation in research and innovation. This amount includes an additional budget comprising:
$1.3 billion in budgetary credits for the establishment of the new SQRI 2 ;
$600 million in financial interventions in investment capital;
$75 million in investments in the Quebec Infrastructure Plan.
