Description:
The Three-Phase Network Access Program offers financial assistance to companies in the agricultural and agri-food sectors that wish to carry out a project requiring an extension of the three-phase electricity network or a connection to this network.
Comments on Funding:
Costs related to electrical equipment required for the extension of the three-phase network and connection to the network (except for the amounts assumed by the electricity distributor indicated in its conditions of service);
The costs corresponding to the participant’s contribution which must be paid to the electricity distributor;
Costs of engineering works;
Professional fees, in particular those of the master electrician;
Internal expenses.
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Eligibility:
Be a company in the agricultural or agri-food sector that is not served by the three-phase electricity network;
Be registered with the Quebec Enterprise Registrar.

Get detailed quotes for upcoming work from the contractor and master electrician.

Documentation Needed:
The duly completed financial aid application (XLS 809 KB) ;
The application for financial assistance scanned in PDF format, signed and dated by the authorized signatory. The name of the authorized signatory must appear in the Quebec business register. Otherwise, you will have to provide a power of attorney;
Distributor’s email indicating cost estimate and request number;
The master electrician’s submission for electrical work carried out up to the distribution box;
Any other submission relating to work for access to the three-phase network.
