1. a proof of Municipal CIP Approval;
2. Business License or Articles of Incorporation;
3. Partnership Agreement (if applicable);
4. Loan Application fee – $250;
5. Statement of Account of latest Canada Revenue Agency Source Deduction form (RP) (if applicable);
6. Statement of Account of latest Canada Revenue Agency HST form (RT).
