Description:

Eligibility:

Applicants must be:
1. individuals;
2. companies; 3. organizations; 4. municipalities;
5. based in Québec.
Age of the eligible used vehicles:
1. The used electric vehicles must be between one and four years old in relation to their model year to be eligible for the rebate. This condition has applied since April 18, 2023 and it only applies to eligible used vehicles registered since April 18, 2023.
2. If you registered your used electric vehicle between January 1, 2020, and April 18, 2023, your vehicle should be between three and four years old in relation to its model year to be eligible for the used electric vehicle rebate.

Application Steps:

Applicants must:
1. register for the program’s online services if they wish to obtain the new or used electric vehicle rebate or reimbursement for a charging station;
2. create their user account and fill out their profile in the online services;
3. visit their car dealer and directly obtain the used electric vehicle rebate at the time of the transaction.

4. If applicants do not do businesses with a dealer in Québec, complete the application online.
5. Applicants can also use the online services to submit a reimbursement request for a charging station.
