Russell is strategically located at the junction of Hwy #16, 45, and 83 and has many special attractions in our area. (Lake of the Prairies, Asessippi Ski Area and Resort, Inglis Elevators, Binscarth Museum) in naming a few. The Chamber works to capitalize on these unique opportunities and is currently developing the following initiatives to move forward and commit to our members who rely on us to help our communities grow. ​Improve communication between our committees, departments, businesses and community. Focus on our member’s needs to provide continued growth and maintain local shopping loyalty. Focus heavily on active business promotions and attracting additional services to our community and area. ​
