This product is used for buyout projects in a business succession context or in a start-up, acquisition, expansion or modernization context of a company majority-owned by young entrepreneurs aged under 40.
Comments on Funding:
Funding is a loan ranging from $5,000 to $25,000:
– An interest payment holiday for 2 years;
– The interest rate offered from the 25th month is calculated from the preferential base rate for businesses + 3%;
– The term offered can extend up to 7 years.
