Description:
SADC de Baie-des-Chaleurs’ Youth Strategy Program is designed to young entrepreneurs, aged 18 to 39, seeking financing for business start-up, acquisition, expansion or modernization projects.
Comments on Funding:
Funding is a loan ranging from $5,000 to $25,000:
– Personal Loan;
– Interest leave for a period of 24 months;
– Loan for up to 7 years;
– Possibility for two young entrepreneurs to benefit from a loan for the same project.
Continuous Intake
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. be young entrepreneurs;
2. be aged 18 to 39;
3. possess entrepreneurial skills;
4. have control of the company;
5. have projects demonstrating prospects for profitability and viability and not have a negative impact on competition;
6. have establishments located on the territory of the MRC of Avignon or Bonaventure.

1. complete the Request for Financing form;

Documentation Needed:
Applicants must provide the following:
1. Company history;
2. Project description (idea and details);
3. Market study;
4. Current employment with descriptions;
5. Names of shareholders/partners/managers (%);
Curriculum vitae;
6. Personal balance sheet;
7. Actual financial statements (last 3 years);
8. Up-to-date interim financial statements;
9. Financial forecasts (2 years) and assumptions;
10. Copies of current contracts;
11. Breakdown of client and supplier accounts;
12. Up-to-date status of government rebates (D.A.S., GST, QST, corporate taxes);
13. Bank confirmation.
