The SADC de Gaspé’s Youth Strategy Loan provides financial support to young entrepreneurs who are seeking assistance in starting, acquiring, expanding, or modernizing a business. Additionally, the assistance granted can be utilized to bolster the promoter’s initial investment.

Funding is a loan ranging from $5,000 to $25,000:
– Personal Loan;
– A 24 month interest holiday.
Continuous Intake
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. be between 18 and 39 years of age (a maximum of 2 admissible youth per company);
2. demonstrate entrepreneurial qualities and managerial know-how;
3. provide a capital outlay of approximately 10% of the loan’s principal in funds or assets;
4. be the primary owner of the business (or be in charge of the business);
5. have company’s head office must be located in the area served by the SADC de Gaspé;
6. not create unfair competition for other businesses already established in the area;
7. have a project demonstrating that it has the potential to be profitable and viable;
8. The loan cannot be used to refinance existing debt.
