SADC de Matagami’s Investment Fund is designed for the creation and maintenance of employment in addition to encouraging the diversification of the economy of its territory. This program is tailored to entrepreneurs who have plans to acquire, create a new business, modernize, expand or they need liquidity.
Comments on Funding:
Funding is up to $250,000:
– Term loan: for the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors;
– Investment in the form of share capital;
– Competitive interest rate assessed based on the risk inherent to the project;
– Management fees: $20 for opening the file and 1% of the loan amount.
Continuous Intake
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. be entrepreneurs/promoters;
2. demonstrate reasonable profitability prospects;
3. have minimum 10% down payment;
4. have financial structures presenting a sharing of risk between the stakeholders and the promoter;
5. be located within the service area of SADC de Matagami
