Description:

SADC Lotbinière offers loans to finance entrepreneurs aged 18 and over who have a start up or business transfer project.
Financial assistance cannot be used to refinance an existing debt of the entrepreneur or business.

Comments on Funding:

Funding is a loan between $5,000 to $25,000:
– Personal loan whose beneficiary is the company;
– Bank of Canada prime rate + 3%;
– No penalty if reimbursed before maturity;
– Loan up to $50,000 per business, depending on the number of promoters;
– No recurring administrative costs;
– Guarantees and flexible repayment methods adapted to the reality of each project.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:
1. be entrepreneurs;
2. be 18 years old and up;
3. hold at least 25% of the voting shares or shares of the company (for a general partnership);
4. have companies operating in the Lotbinière MRC;

5. Other possible prerequisites depending on the project.
