SADC Matawinie offers a loan for companies with a temporary need for liquidity for certain activities. The working capital loan is intended for businesses:
1. In a situation of rapid growth of their operations and rapid increase in their sales/contracts requiring a significant increase in their working capital;
2. In situations where there is a need to purchase larger amounts of stock for several contracts or planned seasonal traffic than usual.

Comments on Funding:

Funding is a loan varying from $5,000 to $150,000:
– Down payment: none;
– Term: Maximum of 5 years;
– Capital repayment moratorium of 6 months at the start of amortization;
– Interest rate: Bank of Canada base rate + 2% + risk premium;
– Guarantees: Equipment or customer account, personal or third-party guarantee;
– Full amount life insurance;
– File opening fee: $150;
– Management fees: 1% of the loan, minimum $100;
– Annual monitoring fee: $50.
