SADC Matawinie provides fund to encourage the acquisition, establishment, expansion or modernization of a business by young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 39.

Comments on Funding:

Funding is a loan varying from $5,000 to $25,000:
– Down payment: 10%;
– Term: Short to medium;
– Interest rate: SADC base rate* + risk premium;
– Interest free for 24 months. Possibility of a capital repayment moratorium;
– Guarantees: Personal or third party guarantee;

*A promoter cannot obtain more than 2 Youth Strategy loans.
*SADC base rate: Base rate for business loans from the Bank of Canada increased by 2%.
