Description:
SADC Vallée-de-l’Or’s Succession Support loan aims to encourage the maintenance of businesses through their acquisition. Through an unsecured term loan made directly to the promoter, the investor will be able to finance the first tranche of acquisition of a company.
Comments on Funding:
Funding is a loan ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 per promoter:
– Capital moratorium of up to 24 months;
– Maximum loan duration of seven (7) years;
– Interest rate established according to current policies.
A maximum investment of $30,000 per company.
Continuous Intake
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. be between 18 and 45 years old;
2. be acquiring a company of at least 25% of the company’s shares;
3. join a sector of activity targeted by the SADC de la Vallée-de-l’Or;
4. work full time in the company;
6. provide monetary or asset investment;
5. demonstrate long-term viability while enabling the creation or maintenance of jobs;
6. be located on the territory of the SADC de la Vallée-de-l’Or.
