GATE aims to build and support a robust student culture of entrepreneurship and innovation at the University of Regina through:
1. career readiness and professional development for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars;
2. partnership with industry, non-profit and community organizations; and
3. acceleration of student and faculty-driven research commercialization, start-ups, and social R&D ventures in Saskatchewan and the Prairies.

1. Kickstart - How to turn an idea into a start-up (The Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research is partnering with Foresight Cleantech Accelerator Centre and Innovation Saskatchewan to provide a unique entrepreneurship learning opportunity for University of Regina graduate students);
2. Social Innovation Summit - Connecting research to community impact;
3. Integrated Graduate Professional Skills workshops;
4. Talent Developers Initiative (in progress).
