Next Gen Agriculture Mentorship Program

The Next Gen Agriculture Mentorship Program aims to provide young people, within the industry, the skills and experience necessary to take on leadership roles.
In partnership with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture and the Government of Canada, the Next Gen Agriculture Mentorship program is delivered by Canadian Western Agribition and accepts eight (8) successful applicants into an 18-month mentorship experience that includes:
1. industry knowledge;
2. advocacy;
3. business education;
4. networking;
5. board & governance training;
6. social connections.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Applicants must be Saskatchewan residents aged 18-3
  • At least 6 of the 8 successful applicants will be involved in primary agricultural production.
