The Saugeen Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) and Community Futures program supports small businesses by offering loans to start, expand, or diversify. Real Estate acquisitions, leasehold improvements, equipment, inventory, and working capital can all be financed with support from SEDC.

Applicants must:
1. give Saugeen Economic Development Corp. a call at 519-799-5750 or email info@sbdc.ca;
2. complete the online application which includes business and personal information;
3. be notified of the decision.

Documentation Needed:

Applicants must provide:
1. a completed loan application;
2. a business plan;
3. at least 2 years of cash flow projections, and if applicable, year end financial statements as well as year to date in-house statements;
4. additional information as requested.
