The Job Stabilization program offers financial assistance to extend the work periods of your staff with precarious status or who hold seasonal jobs (fishermen, agricultural workers). The Extension of seasonal jobs component offers financial assistance for companies that set up projects to extend the work periods of their seasonal workers with precarious status, for example by diversifying their products or services.

Applicants must:
1. be companies, but more particularly those belonging to sectors subject to strong seasonal fluctuations;
2. be companies extending the employment periods of their workers with precarious status through workforce sharing projects;
3. demonstrate that:
a) their business is well established and has good prospects for growth;
b) their project is part of your company’s business plan (or part of a common strategy if the project involves a group of employers).
