Description:
An individual or a corporation can claim a tax credit for contributions to a recognized territorial political party or candidate for election to the Yukon Legislative Assembly.
Comments on Funding:
Since January 1, 2016, the maximum annual credit is $650. The credit amount is the sum of:
– 75% of the first $400;
– 50% of the next $350; and
– 33.33% of the next $525.
