Eligibility:

Applicants must:
1. be businesses located within the catchment area of the City of Belleville, City of Quinte West, Tyendinaga Township, StirlingRawdon, Deseronto or Tyendinaga Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte;
2. be a Canadian or provincially incorporated business or registered sole-proprietorship/partnership;
3. have current and up to date Canada Revenue Agency and Receiver General (if existing business);
4. acknowledge that they have investigated other lending options.

Application Steps:

Applicants must:
1. contact Barb Wilson at Trenval for an application package, which will include the application forms, a shortened business plan
template, and a 1-year cash flow forecast;
2. submit the completed application package along with the required attachments, as outlined in the provided checklist.
Electronic signatures are acceptable for applications.

3. Successful applicants meeting all criteria will enter into a loan agreement with Trenval, including security documentation.

Documentation Needed:

Applicants must provide:
1. a security, such as:
a) Offer to Finance;
b) Promissory Note;
c) General Security Agreement;
d) Personal Guarantee(s) if incorporated.

2. Credit History;
3. Additional requirements as requested.
