Description:
The Business Incentive Program gives rebates to businesses working on eligible Government of Yukon contracts. Businesses can apply for a rebate for construction materials made in Yukon.

Eligibility:
Applicants must:
1. be businesses working on eligible Government of Yukon contracts;
2. have eligible construction materials that:
a) are used for a Government of Yukon construction contract;
b) are on the rebate schedule;
c) are made in Yukon;
d) are made off the jobsite; and
e) have raw materials significantly changed into new products during processing in Yukon.
Application Steps:
Applicants must:
1. Contact the Business Incentive Program office for a rebate-claim worksheet.
2. Sign a Statutory Declaration and have it notarized.
3. Submit the application and documents.
