Eligibility:

Applicants must be:

1. businesses;
2. non-profit or non-government organizations including condominium corporations and religious organizations;
3. municipal governments; and
4. First Nation governments.
5. owners and tenants of new and existing:
a) commercial
b) institutional and;
c) community buildings
