Description:

Funds are available under the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership to support First Nations communities, indigenous individuals or organizations who are interested in participating the New Brunswick agricultural industry, including local foods. Funding also supports the development of new and existing markets by providing financial assistance to Indigenous applications with viable agriculture projects.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be Indigenous individual, community or government, including a band or tribal council, government of a self-governing First Nation, Indigenous for-profit or not-for-profit corporation, association, cooperative or institution, or other Indigenous business, partnership or joint ventures in the Province of New Brunswick.

Application Steps:

Applicants must:
1. Discuss applications with appropriate
Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries staff
(Business Growth Officer, Development Officer or Specialist)
before applying.

2. State that you are an indigenous applicant and submit completed applications by e-mail or mail:
