Businesses can receive 50% rebate on LED light bulb installed.

Funding is a rebate of up to $10 per bulb.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be businesses that have an active commercial electricity account and are located in an existing building. This applies to retrofits only.

Product Eligibility:
1. The LED lamp must be screw in or pin based and must be ENERGY STAR certified.
2. Lights must be purchased on or after August 1, 2016 and used at a commercial property.

Application Steps:

Applicants must apply online or mail their completed application.

Documentation Needed:

Applicants must submit a copy of their purchase receipt with their application.

Other Things to Note:

Newfoundland Power and Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro may visit applicants facility and inspect the lamp installation at any time at any time within 15 months from when the rebate was processed.
