Applicants must:
1. be Ontario builders and vendors licensed by the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA).
3. have projects in an eligible municipality* (*Contact your regional representative to confirm which municipalities qualify for this offer).
Owner-builders are not eligible.
