Get ahead with energy management training for your business! Save on Energy offers incentives of up to 50 percent for a range of industry-leading training courses for energy professionals.

Eligibility:

The applicants (employers) and participants (full-time employees) must be either residents of Ontario and/or operating in Ontario or conducting business in Ontario.

Application Steps:

Applicants (employers) must:
1. complete the Training and Support Incentive Application Form in full with all requested information;
2. submit the application form with all supporting documentation.
The application form is signed by both the Applicant (employers) and all Participants (full-time employees).

The application is submitted within three (3) months of the Participant(s) completing the Initiative(s) or within six (6) months for Initiatives requiring proof of certification (i.e., Building Commissioning Professional Certification, BOC, Certified Energy Auditor, CEM, CMVP).

Documentation Needed:

Applicants must:
1. complete and sign the Energy Performance Program Agreement and the Application Form,
2. complete one Facility Application Form for each facility to be enrolled.
3. submit a baseline energy model for each facility application as described in the program’s M&V Procedures and validated using the Baseline Energy Model Validation Reports Tool,
4. submit a Savings Report for each facility to receive the payments. This report needs to be completed annually, no later than 60 days following the expiration of each pay-for-performance period.
