This program offers technical assistance to employers who are considering implementing collective dismissals. Besides, it provides financial support to help cover the expenses associated with running the committee and carrying out reclassification activities.
Comments on Funding:
In addition to ongoing technical support, we offer financial assistance that covers part of the costs of operating the committee and reclassification activities. The level of assistance is established based on different criteria according to the guidelines established by the program.
